What should I do if I experience discomfort while using the headset?

Adjust the fit or take short breaks if needed.

Ensure you’re wearing the device correctly, with sensors in contact firmly with your skin.

If you need to adjust the device, also check that the electrodes still have an adequate amount of paste. The paste is important to have in place so that you have an accurate reading.
